Housing Bill
Below is a summary of the stimulus bill that was singed this week.
We are all still trying to decipher how this will effect what we do on a daily basis…
The bottom line for Nantucket is that this bill may help Island residents who have not been able to afford a home in the past.
This bill will have little or no impact on the second home market as it is geared to making the process easier and more affordable for people buying homes in the 150k to 500k range.
