J Pepper Frazier recently assisted an investor flip a mid-Island property for a quick profit.
The investor bought 25 Equator Drive at foreclosure in November, did some minor work to it and then hired another company to broker a sale.
After months of no results, the Seller turned to J Pepper Frazier Company.
After three weeks of marketing, J Pepper Frazier Company put together a deal and 25 Equator Drive closed last Friday for $550,000, 95% of asking price ($579,000).
