Two Nantucket High-End deals closed by J Pepper Frazier Company
Among other deals, J Pepper Frazier Company just sold 6 Hinckley Lane for $5.75MM and 77 Main Street for $6MM. JPFCo. represented the Buyer in both of these transactions. Both are stunning Nantucket properties. 6 Hinckley Lane is a compound in the Cliff area and 77 Main Street is an historic mansion. The Seller of 6 Hinckley Lane ended up buying a property in the same neighborhood, 3 Heather Lane, that was on the water for $13MM plus $3MM in additional construction costs and the Seller of 77 Main Street bought 55 West Chester Street for $2.1MM.
