Jennifer M Frazier has been the driving force behind many initiatives and successes at JPFCO, and enjoys her position in the firm. She began working at JPFCO in 2002 as the office manager she transitioned to sales broker. She is very familiar with the entire process of each type of transaction, be it sales, rentals, financing, tax issues, bookkeeping, construction, and town permitting. She takes her responsibility as a listing broker very seriously and takes pride in the opportunity to sell your home. Jennifer was chairman of the NAREB Publications committee for several years, and was a volunteer Meals on Wheels driver. Jennifer makes strong efforts to be informed of all new real estate legislation, and takes the time to stay current on real estate trends and statistics. Jennifer is a graduate of Mount Anthony and the University of Vermont School of Business. Jennifer is married to Dalton Frazier, one of the principal brokers at J Pepper Frazier Company. Jennifer and Dalton have traveled to over 20 countries, and enjoy exploring new parts of the world. Jennifer and Dalton have built, bought, moved and sold several houses on island. Jennifer spends her free time with their two sons; Dalton Tollenaar Frazier II and George James Frazier. In the summertime, they can be found on their boat, the "GTR", otherwise known as "Gone to Record" headed to Coatue, at the Nantucket Yacht Club playing badminton, swimming at The Westmoor Club, playing in their back yard, or biking around the island.

Why Nantucket:
It just feels right.
Best part of J Pepper Frazier Real Estate:
Someone always needs my help, and someone is always there to help me.
Best Event on ACK:
Labor Day- Our "real" summer begins.
Bike rides, walking, cooking, reading, playing trucks and trains, mapping out our next investment, and brainstorming with Dalton on ways to make the most of our wonderful life on the Grey Lady.
The Westmoor Club bar for pulled pork sliders, The Nantucket Yacht Club snack bar for a lobster roll, Centre Street Bistro after church for "The Nantucket", Madaket Millies for fish tacos, and just recently lots of take-out for a harbor cruise on our boat.
Cliffside- close enough for a quick dip, a walk, or a view of the sunset- all the while close enough to pop home to e-mail my clients. Plus, it is often protected from the wind in the winter- which is when we have more time to go to the beach.
Childhood Dream Job:
Librarian or nurse- but I am 100% confident I am in the right place now!
School Affiliations:
Mt Anthony Union High School & University of Vermont
Volunteering & Charity Associations:
Meals on Wheels and Publications Committee for NAREB
Favorite Quote:
Harder the challenge, sweeter the victory.
When not working:
I am teaching my little boy how to live a happy, fun life filled with joy.
