Paula fell in love with the island the first time she rounded Brant Point as a teenager. Without hesitation she knew in her heart that Nantucket would someday become home. During summer breaks from her studies at Boston University's School of Education, Paula was a life guard on the south shore beaches of the island.

Paula loves to travel in pursuit of the ultimate wave and has surfed in several spots in Hawaii, Brazil, Latin America and beyond. She is an all around athlete who has won the Ozone Surf Classic womens' shortboard and has run The New York and Boston Marathons a total of four times. She is also passionate about her community and enjoys volunteering in different venues including the Boston Pops, Nantucket Wine Festival, The Rock Run, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Paula formerly coached the local high school gymnastics team as well as her youngest daughter's travel youth soccer team. She feels strongly about giving back and when time allows does color commentary for the local sports scene on Channel 17.

Paula is the proud mother to two girls both of whom are Tabor Academy graduates. After graduating from Clemson with Honors, daughter, Bizzy is in her second year of law school. Daughter Molly is a junior at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. When not working, Paula can be found spending time with her daughters and writing for She's Game Sports out of Boston.

Paula is a real estate veteran, having worked in the field for the past seventeen years. Last year she set a transaction record, completing a Buyer's Broker sale in just 3 short days. Paula has worked in both the the high end side of the market yet finds great pleasure working with first time homebuyers.

Why Nantucket:
Why not Nantucket? I fell in love with the island at an early age. Quite simply Nantucket agrees with my lifestyles: I love the outdoors, the beaches, the people. I love the fact that one minute you can be walking down Main Street in a sea of people and the next finding yourself along in the moors running solo. The island offers it all.
Best part of J Pepper Frazier Real Estate:
The location of JPFCO is a great in town locale.
Best Event on ACK:
The best event on Nantucket is the Daffodil Parade which signals, for me, the welcoming of spring and the return of many friends.
I engage in as many activities as possible whether on a volunteer basis or to simply enjoy. I love the Nantucket Film Festival,Boston Pops on Nantucket,Holidays for Heroes, perusing the art galleries,or taking and covering the local sports scene for Channel 99.
I live for the ocean and to surf and thus love all south shore beaches, especially Madaquacham and Cisco. You can surf minus the hectic crowds you get off island and there is a strong camaraderie in the water.
Childhood Dream Job:
My childhood dream job was lifeguarding at Cisco , Surfside and Madaket Beach.
School Affiliations:
Schools that have a strong place in my heart are Boston University, Clemson( my oldest daughter graduated from there and I am a die hard Tigers football fan) and Tabor Academy where both my girls graduated from.
Favorite Quote:
My favorite quote/mantra is " Nothing is impossible to a willing mind." I have encouraged my daughters to " shoot for the stars" and remind them of this quote.
When not working:
When I am not working you can find me surfing on a wave, running down the dirt roads, playing tennis, cycling or traveling to visit my daughters or to some destination to challenge myself and spread my wings. I love to travel. I am a proud mother of Bizzy, a second year law student at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia , and Molly, a junior at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia majoring in communications.
