Why Nantucket:
Its beauty is intoxicating and diverse; from miles of gorgeous shoreline to acres of protected open space; I love exploring this little island 30 miles out to sea. Nantucket also has a genuine sense of community and I cannot think of a better place to raise my son.
Best part of J Pepper Frazier Real Estate:
I've worked at many different real estate companies from a small, family run office to large corporate firms in Boston and I can honestly say that JPFCo has a great team environment and a positive atmosphere. All the agents and brokers are hardworking and helpful.
Walking. Yoga. Gardening. Riding my horses.
Company of the Cauldron - love the ambiance and the food is amazing. Boarding House - solely for its cast-iron cornbread appetizer
We love boating out to Coatue and Tuckernuck and setting up camp for the day. If we don't take the boat out, then Fisherman's Beach is a favorite spot to relax.
Childhood Dream Job:
Anything to do with horses; teaching, riding, training, managing a barn, anything. I also wanted to be an architect. When I was a child I was obsessed with houses. I would sketch out my dream home's floor plan constantly altering the layout and elevations as I grew up and discovered different architectural designs. These sketches would always have a 5-stall barn, huge pastures and a riding ring. The floor plans would always have a screened-in porch to watch my horses graze and a library with floor-to-ceiling built-ins showcasing all my favorite novels and a beautiful fireplace to sit and read on a cold winter's night. Oh, and I also wanted to be a writer. Even today I'm still obsessed with horses, houses and words.

Favorite Quote:
"Progress always involves risk; you can't steal second base and keep your foot on first." - Frederick Wilcox
When not working:
I spend my free time with my boyfriend and our son. We love going for walks with our dog or boating out to Coatue or Tuckernuck. When I'm back on the mainland you can find me at the barn riding or grooming my horses.
