Second Floor Description

The second floor consists of a large open great room designed to take advantage of the wonderful views of the water. A comfortable seating area looks southward toward the water. Large French doors open onto a south-facing deck. There is a dining area with a table that seats eight. The windows in the dining area also have water views. The kitchen features granite countertops and an island with two stools for casual dining. There is a deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and a table for eating outdoors. There is also a west-facing deck for taking in the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. The second floor has a powder room.
