A craft brewery, operating since 1995 has branched out into wine with Nantucket Vineyards and Triple Eight Distillery offering rum, gin, and the now world famous vodka. 35th Annual Sandcastle and Sculpture Day
On Saturday, August 16th at Jetties Beach over 50 sculptures in the sand will be created. If you aren't interested in participating, it is fun to take a look. The event is organized by NISDA and is a great summer activity. |

What is happening with the Real Estate Market on island?
The inventory on Nantucket is high, there are over 500 houses and over 100 pieces of vacant land available for sale at this time. There is great selection available in all price ranges. We have seen many price reductions this summer and in turn, fairly priced properties are going under agreement. If the sellers are motivated there are still many willing and able buyers eager to make a deal. It is by far the best time to be a buyer in Nantucket Real Estate in recent history. |
