Bike Path to Cisco 2012
Unless there are drastic changes to the town budget, we hope to have a bike path on parts of Hummock Pond Road by the end of 2012. Great news for those who live or vacation in the Hummock Pond & Cisco areas. FYI- It is currently feasible to bike to these fabulous South Shore destinations, but soon it will be safer and more user-friendly. |

The Little Extras Go A Long Way...
As the rental season is coming to a close, there is a general consensus from owners and tenants alike; the extra touches made a big difference this year.
When the owners left detailed instruction lists on how to work everything in the house, i.e. the Internet, plenty of paper products, extra light bulbs, charcoal for the grill, etc., they had very happy tenants.
The tenants who are choosing to return to the same house for 2010, often received extra services from the homeowners. We have even had a few requests for "the house by the beach with the fresh cupcakes!" |

| NOTES FROM PEPPER THE ELDER |
Thwack. Oh. Ouch. Whack.
'That's the sound of the men working on the chain gang.' No. That's the sound of the Bozoids who are kicking themselves for missing out on fantastic Nantucket deals. And man, are they out there. 30 to 40 percent off, with unbelievable mortgage rates. And that's another thing, these rates are not going to hold forever; they can't, the printing presses are working overtime. So that's the rub mate, the time is now. If you miss out, don't expect my help with the compresses.
