Blooming Flowers

As the flowers start to bloom, this time of year always reminds me how important landscaping is to get top dollar for a property. The landscaping is the first impression and sets the viewer’s mindset whether they like the property or not before even stepping foot inside. The more blooming flowers, the better.

Nantucket’s 2021 Annual Town Meeting is scheduled for June 5. The hot Articles this year are Article 90, restricting short-term rentals, and Article 97, reallocating a portion of the 2% Land Bank fee to affordable housing.
