Since my last post two weeks ago, there have been approximately $60mm new postings of properties that went under agreement on Nantucket&#8217;s MLS, LINK.  I imagine there are other deals that were made in the last two weeks that have not been posted on LINK.  We are currently at approximately $450mm total volume closed.  September and October are traditionally big closing months, but I really need November and December to be big to gain status as a true fortune teller.  It&#8217;s going to be close&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On another note, between the Nantucket Music Festival and the Pops on Nantucket, what great music in the past two weeks!<\/p>\n<p>On a final note, as President of the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), I was proud to receive the Philip C.
