The market continues to be strong, but will it hit the sparkling $1,000,000,000 mark.  We have two months to go and this is where we are:<\/p>\n<p>-$800,000,000 closed YTD.<\/p>\n<p>-83 listings currently on Nantucket&#8217;s MLS, LINK, that are under agreement.<\/p>\n<p>-$2,3650,000 average deal under agreement.  <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s close.<\/p>\n<p>It is Halloween and some times fortune tellers have to dress up.
