By my calculations, we are going to be at roughly $998,000,000.00. So, I was .002% off &#8211; not happy&#8230; My clients (and wife) demand perfection. But, if my clients fire me, I can always become a fortune teller, right? No, will sharpen the pencil farther and further for 2015 and get to perfection! Will come back with the exact (perfect) numbers in a couple weeks. This will be the third best year in Nantucket real estate history and it is not stopping now, I&#8217;m telling you (remember I&#8217;m a fortune teller, or am I?
