The last two years (&#8217;14 and &#8217;15) were strong years and the dollar volumes for the first two months of those years compared to &#8217;16 were almost identical &#8211; $124mm in &#8217;14, $127mm in &#8217;15 and $125mm in &#8217;16.  &#8217;14-&#8217;16 represents three of the best six starts in Nantucket history.  Guess when the other three top starts were?  You guessed it, &#8217;04-&#8217;06.  Considering &#8217;04 ended with $1bn in volume, &#8217;05 with $1.2bn, &#8217;06 with $840mm, &#8217;14 with $1bn and &#8217;15 with $850mm, I feel optimistic about &#8217;16.  Can the first two months predict how the year will unfold?
