Traditionally, more than half of Nantucket real estate closings happen in the second half of the year &#8211; on average of about 55%, actually.  For the first half of this year, we have closed $465mm.  If the 45\/55 split stands true, then we are on pace for just over $1bn.  2014 was the last time the market hit $1bn and there were $443mm closed in the first half of the year.
