When you think of “flip”, you think real estate. When you think “double flip”, you probably think diving. When you think “triple flip”, you think London 2012. Well, selling real estate should potentially be an Olympic sport because JPFCO did a triple flip the other day. Yes, a property we represented traded three times within a few months. The “landing” was a perfect 10 – the last buyer ended up with a great deal. What real estate market’s coming back?!<\/p>\n

I know I have been pushing ACK real estate consistently throughout my columns, so the obvious question from a critic is, “Do you have your money where your mouth is?!” The answer is yes! One way or another, I own 8 ACK properties and looking for more!
