Audra brings a unique blend of strategy, trust, and service to Nantucket real estate. A California native and full-time island resident since 2020, she knows Nantucket from every perspective - as a longtime visitor, renter, and now homeowner. With a 20+ year leadership career at IBM, Kronos, UKG, and Black Duck Software, Audra brings with her a reputation for responsiveness, professionalism, and guiding clients through complex decisions with confidence and care. Audra holds a BS in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Pepperdine University, with additional executive education from MIT, Harvard Business School, and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Executive Education.

In 2025, she earned her Massachusetts real estate license. Whether helping clients find a year-round home, summer retreat, investment property, or seasonal rental, Audra is committed to delivering thoughtful guidance, local insight, and exceptional service. What she loves most about J Pepper Frazier Company is the collaborative spirit and true family environment shared across the team. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spin classes, exploring the island with her husband Frank and their golden retrievers, and spending time with family and friends.
