Kerryann is excited to join the J Pepper Frazier Real Estate team after a rewarding career in finance. Upon graduating from Russel Sage College with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, Kerryann became a Broker with Bank of New England. This opportunity led to a successful career as a financial consultant with over 18 years of experience in establishing and maintaining investment opportunities for affluent clients. In 2011, Kerryann transitioned into the real estate market with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Ever since, she has found her passion in helping clients discover their dream homes and rental properties. Since 1991, Kerryann and her family have been coming to Nantucket for summer vacations, falling more in love with the islands natural beauty each year until she finally decided to become a year-round resident. Whether she be playing tennis or pickle ball, driving across the cobblestones of Main Street, or taking in the view of a beach sunset, Kerryann feels grateful to be on this incredible island every single day.
