|J Pepper Frazier Company in the year 2020 wrote 188 Nashaquisset leases executed between 26 properties. In 2019, JPFCO collected $1,194,773 in rental revenue. In 2020 that number increased to $1,375,173.|

|In anticipation of the 2021 season, J Pepper Frazier Company has already begun the process of updating the Nashaquisset rental listings. Below are just a few of the ways you can make sure your property is up to date and booking ready!
As part of the 2020 marketing strategy at Nashaquisset, professional aerial shots were taken of the amenity offerings of the community, including the pool and tennis courts. These photos can be added at the end of your property listing photos on the JPFCO website. If you would like to update your interior photos, please reach out to the JPFCO Rental Manager to schedule a photography session at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you already have photos, feel free to send them along.
Rates and Availability
The excitement for next summer is in full swing, with tenants already looking to lock in their rental properties. If you haven't updated your rate and date availability with a JPFCO agent, please do so as soon as possible. We don't want to miss an opportunity to book your fabulous Nashaquisset property!
We are happy to now offer ACH payment transfers. If you so choose, JPFCO will transfer the lease payments directly into your account, eliminating the need for paper checks to be sent in the mail and expediting your receipt of funds. Please note that once ACH payment preferences are requested, it will be for all payments going forward. We will not issue paper checks for individual leases after that time.
If your property doesn't already utilize a keypad to manage all door locks, we highly recommend it. In addition to providing an added level of security for your property, keypads create a more convenient rental process for tenants, caretakers, and cleaners. You can even change the code between tenants to ensure your property is only accessed by those given permission to do so.

Originally from Woodbridge, Connecticut, Rebecca became fast friends with Nantucket during a summer spent on island during college. After graduating from Castleton College of Vermont in 2004 with a BS in Journalism and Art History, she immediately moved to Nantucket full time.
Rebecca owns two very successful businesses on the island, where customer service and island knowledge are paramount to success. This coupled with her advertising and sales work for a local magazine has given her great knowledge on the inner workings of Nantucket real estate. Rebecca is also a founding member of Petticoat Row, which is an organization for women who work Nantucket Island businesses. The group is 200 strong and has a great pulse on island business.
