|The market continues to break records and, besides the seasonal factor, it does not seem to be slowing. The YTD total volume is already well past any previous total yearly volume and there's still a massive pipeline of deals. Also, to put further emphasis on how extraordinary this market is, keep in mind that April through June volume was way down compared to other strong years.
Here is year over year comparison of YTD total volume:

|What an awesome Indian Summer we have been having and JPFCO is right along side it making it happen.|
In addition to this wonderful weather, hot real estate market, and fantastic island, our clients have started to prepare for Thanksgiving. We are selling a house with estimated completion date of November 10th but due to COVID-19, there has been a lag in building materials. Our client plans to spend Thanksgiving on the island with family, but now the house will not be completed until December 10th.
Time to make it happen JPFCO style!
We located another property in close proximity to the house under construction, contacted the homeowner and worked out a deal for the family to spend their Thanksgiving vacation in this house. Now they are able to see the final stages of the construction of their new home and spend Thanksgiving on the island.
Everyone is psyched and we are all looking forward to a great holiday. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us a JPFCO!

|It's been an exceptionally stunning fall season here on Nantucket.|
Of course, we always anticipate some incredible fall foliage, but this year we were pleasantly surprised with outstanding mild temperatures well into the penultimate month of the year. With the first weekend in November bringing three fabulous beach days, the scalloping season alive and well, and some of Nantucket's most celebrated restaurants choosing to stay open a bit longer, spirits are high and life is as lovely as ever on island.
