We had two clients, one of which was targeting a property but the price was just a bit out of reach, the other looking to sell and upgrade. The target property was sub-dividable with an existing house situated in the middle of the lot.
The buyer with the target property is planning to knock down the house and build from scratch. Time to shine and make it happen!
JPFCO works a deal with the buyer of the target property to sub-divide the property by picking up the house and placing it on one of the lots and then selling that property to the client looking to upgrade. The client looking to upgrade will then pay for the house move, and the seller agreed to postpone the close until all loose ends are tied!
Another win-win for the clients of JPFCO.

|Nantucket Noel and the New Year Ahead|
|It's been an exciting few weeks here on Nantucket with the beginning of the holiday season. Thanksgiving quietly came and went with mild temperatures, a bit of rain, and modified celebrating with catering from some of the island's best restaurants. |
The following weekend, The Nantucket Chamber of Commerce commenced Nantucket Noel, a 2020-take on the Christmas Stroll. A shop local initiative, Nantucket Noel will run from the end of November through December 31, allowing Nantucket residents and guests to safely enjoy the magic of the season, while still supporting local businesses for their holiday shopping.
Fortunately the change in celebration didn't deter local decorating! Nantucket's famous town Christmas decorations are up and as beautiful as ever. Check out all of the individually decorated trees on Main Street and snap a photo in front of the iconic Bank of America tree if you're here! And while you're in town, swing by Vis-a-Vis to view the Chamber of Commerce's first prize window decor winner, designed by Weatherly Designs and JPFCO agent Ed Gillum's wife!
