As the flowers start to bloom, this time of year always reminds me how important landscaping is to get top dollar for a property. The landscaping is the first impression and sets the viewer's mindset whether they like the property or not before even stepping foot inside. The more blooming flowers, the better.

Nantucket's 2021 Annual Town Meeting is scheduled for June 5. The hot Articles this year are Article 90, restricting short-term rentals, and Article 97, reallocating a portion of the 2% Land Bank fee to affordable housing. Here is a link to the Warrant to see the details:

Summer is in the air and what a wonderful Island we live on!

With construction and the market moving at rapid speed, JPFCO is making it happen, keeping up with the movement by being creative. We had a client interested in purchasing a property pre-construction but they just could not wrap their head around how the program would fit on the lot.

Time to hit the sky! We launched the drone taking multiple shots of the property. We then sent the drone photos to get 3D renderings. This helped the client to see the vision more clearly, team JPFCO making another deal happen. Soon we will be breaking ground, helping to make memories on the Island for generations to come.
