As we're making our final arrangements for rental properties, we ask that you take a brief moment to scan through the checklist below to ensure that we have all of the information needed for your tenants' arrival.
After a long, dormant winter, it's important to refresh your rental property with a thorough clean. From scrubbing the grill to restocking under the bathroom sinks, make sure to leave no stone unturned in preparing your rental property.

It's imperative that we have a quick and easy way to get in touch with all of your property contacts. Please take a moment to make sure that J Pepper Frazier Company has updated names and phone numbers for your Caretaker, Plumber, Electrician, Lawncare, Cleaner, and Trash, as well as an updated WiFi password.
Have you changed locks in recent years? Have you switched to keyless entry via keypad? Please make sure that J Pepper Frazier Company has a reliable way to enter your home.
We are expecting a busier summer than ever on Nantucket which means that double checking bookings and reservations is a must. Please take the time to check in with your cleaning company to make sure you have scheduled the necessary turnover cleanings for all of your tenants. One of the most important amenities to provide is simply 'enough'; Enough beach towels, enough chairs, and enough general items to cover the amount of people your property sleeps. For example, if a house sleeps ten, make sure you have at least ten beach towels to offer your tenants.
