|Another gorgeous month on Nantucket Island and bustling with real estate deals!
A common theme is "I will sell if you find me something else to buy." We don't blame you, who wants to leave the Island?! So this is where JPFCO comes in to play to make it happen.
Recently, we found a property where the homeowner could subdivide, but their garage studio was straddling the potential new lot line. We worked a deal where the Buyer would pay to pick up the garage studio and move it onto the parcel the Seller planned to keep.
Essentially, we made the deal happen by creating two new Sellers! This kept our original sellers on island and made room for one more lucky family to enjoy the beautiful Nantucket experience.

|With the ending of summer this year, we found ourselves holding our breath - would our beloved special events get the green light to resume this year?
Nantucket is famous for its holiday celebrations, drawing crowds of first timers and annual visitors from near and far, all excited to experience a lesser-known Nantucket Island; less sun bathing and sundresses, more sweaters and ciders. Kicking off the holiday season on Sunday, October 31st, the Nantucket Halloween parade is one of J Pepper Frazier Company's favorite fall traditions. Children and adults alike don their most creative, and often coordinating, costumes and gather in the heart of the Downtown Historic District for a Halloween parade and trick-or-treating at the local storefronts! Our agents are no strangers to the event, with past JPFCO costumes including the Super Smash Bros, 101 Dalmatians, The Incredibles, and even a gumball machine!
Grab your Harry Potter glasses, disco pants, or simply a favorite fall sweater and join us for one of the sweetest events of the season!
Halloween is only the beginning of the holiday fun on Nantucket. The 47th Annual Nantucket Christmas Stroll is officially a go for the weekend of December 3rd! Join us on island for a holiday celebration that seems to be right out of a Hallmark movie. Santa Claus kicks off the event as he rounds Brant Point, not by sleigh, but by Steamship! Holiday street markets, specialty menus at some of our favorite restaurants, tree and storefront decorating contests, and more - Stroll is truly a bucket list experience.
The anticipation surrounding Stroll weekend is at an all-time high after last year's cancellation.
