Another epic start to the season with cool weather and lots of love on The Grey Lady. Staying strong and blowing out the Vineyard with our 4th of July fireworks display, the island is popping with lots of activities for all!

Team JPFCO is working with a homeowner to help finish their new house. To the homeowner's dismay, the home won't be ready until August, a delay from the original July 1st delivery date. With a fully-packed car, dogs and kids in tow, the client heads to the island -- time to make it happen.

Our team reaches out to many a rental homeowner, but nothing is available for the busy month of July. Undeterred, we continue reaching out to owners of recently sold houses to gauge their interest in renting for the month. With persistence and tenacity, our team's efforts pay off; we find a great fit for the client, securing a holdover until their home is move-in ready, while also creating unexpected rental income for the rental homeowner.
