I don't see the market slowing, either. Inventory remains historically low, with just 83 active listings. Between interest rates edging lower, international tensions keeping more people stateside, and record-high equity markets, there is significant pent-up demand. Inventory will continue to come on the market, but properties that are priced correctly are being snapped up quickly.
