Located on the first-level, private entrance included, is a queen bedroom en-suite with the capability to be closed off from the rest of the house, making these private quarters a great option for a couple or an au pair. A fully-equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a dining area with seating for eight, a living room, and a sun room complete the layout of the main level.
Second Floor Description
Five lovely bedrooms are located on the second-level, most of which offer a view of the harbor. Each bedroom has its own vintage sink from the 1920s, offering additional privacy in the mornings and evenings, while two full bathrooms are located in the hall. The bedroom configurations include one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. In addition to the sea breeze, window A/C units are provided for cooling throughout the summer season, while oil-based heating and down comforters provide warmth in the off-season.
