Open kitchen, living and family room with french doors that lead to a screened in porch in the front and a private brick patio in the back. There is a fireplace in the family room and a small bedroom off of the kitchen with a Full bed and an en suite bath with shower. Lower Level: The newly finished basement has wall to wall carpet, with a living area with couch, chairs, large flat screen TV and play area. There are also two additional sets of bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The laundry area is located on this level and there is a separate entrance.

Second Floor Description

Four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower. There is access to a private deck and widows walk with views of the ocean. One of the guest bedrooms has a Full bed and the other two guest rooms each have two Twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
