"Summer Haven" is a peaceful Nantucket respite fully-equipped for hosting and entertaining family and friends. The compound consists of a four bedroom main house and three bedroom guest house with a 20' x 50' heated pool. The private lot is surrounded by conservation land and is located just a mile away from the beach and also offers easy access to Town.

First Floor Description

The first bedroom on this floor has two sets of bunkbeds, totaling four twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is bedroom two, which is equipped with a a queen bed. The third bedroom on this level has a king bed with en-suite bathroom.

Second Floor Description

The primary bedroom is located on the second level of this home and includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Lower Floor Description

One bedroom with a twin bunkbed, separate twin size bed, and an en-suite bathroom is located on the lower level. A kitchenette and living area with two sofa sleepers is also located on this level.

Cottage

On the first floor of the guest house is a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access outdoors through a pair of French doors. A second bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed is also on the first level of the guest house. The second floor holds the primary bedroom and includes a king bed with en-suite bathroom.

Outdoor Space

A heated pool and outdoor shower is located in the backyard. A large yard and conservation land surrounds this property.
