Continue left to a half bath and a newly refinished kitchen. The kitchen opens into a large dining area with a farm table and plenty of seating. A door in the dining area opens onto a second deck with a large table for Al-fresco dining and a porch swing for afternoon siestas. Off the kitchen/dining area is a mudroom/laundry room. Continue through the kitchen/dining area to a very large family room with 65 inch t.v., plenty of comfortable seating, and a Foosball table. Continue down the hallway to the right and you will find two additional bedrooms. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath, and panoramic water views. The fourth upstairs bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk plus a trundle bed and water views. This floor also has new pine flooring throughout. All bathrooms have new tile and fixtures.
