First Floor Description

The great room features a soaring 27' cathedral ceiling with wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV, and dining table with seating for 10. Tucked into a corner is a game table. Two sets of French Doors lead out to a covered deck with outdoor fireplace and dining area. A sliding "nano" door off the great room opens fully to seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living. This leads to a covered deck and beyond, a patio with gas fire pit and in-ground pool. The well-equipped kitchen has a large island with seating for five, coffee bar and pantry. To the left, two spacious bedrooms, one with Queen bed and another with King bed each feature private baths (shower) and private covered decks. The lounge is a secondary living room with TV and a "nano" door to the patio. There is a mud-room with washer and dryer and a powder room on this floor.

Second Floor Description

The second floor features two en-suite bedrooms. The primary king suite is spacious and has a private deck overlooking conservation and a luxurious bathroom with double vanities and a cement soaking tub. A second private deck off the bathroom has two outdoor showers. A guest bedroom with two queen beds on this level has a balcony overlooking the yard and conservation beyond, and a private bath with rain-head shower.

Cottage

Guest House: With two queen en-suite bedrooms and a loft with pull-out queen sleeper sofa, the guest house provides plenty of supplemental sleeping space for family and friends.

Party Barn: Rounding out the compound is an ancillary building with a full kitchen, living room, powder room, and a loft bedroom with queen size bed. Access to an outdoor shower is also provided.

Outdoor Space

From the main house, a covered deck leads to a patio with gas fireplace, as well as the 38' x 18" heated saltwater pool. The guest house and "Party Barn" both offer multiple access points to the pool area.
