This room is a great shared room or cousin bunk room, as there is a king bed and a set of bunk beds with full over queen set up. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds.

Second Floor Description

The second floor is bright and sunny with cathedral ceilings, a spacious kitchen with living and dining areas, as well as a bathroom off to the side. The kitchen is a great focal point with a center island and stools to create a more comfortable hangout area. Two decks are situated on either side of the house.

Lower Floor Description

The lower level has a large finished room, part of which has two sets of bunk beds and part of which is a comfortable lounging area with TV.

First Floor: Open Living concept in this adorable 3 bedroom cottage. Greeted by a quaint porch on the front of the home you enter into a cozy but roomy enough first floor. The kitchen has sliders that access a nice deck and private outdoor space. There is a primary bedroom on this level with ensuite bathroom.

Second Floor: Two spacious bedrooms with high ceilings and great natural light share a full bath.

Studio: This third structure has a full kitchen, bath and loft.
