Large outside deck with pergola covered by wisteria vines. Decor is 'shabby-chic' in whites and turquoise/seafoam-green. Beachy, clean feel. Your stay includes dinner for 2 at Languedoc Restaurant (liquor and tip are not included)

First Floor Description

Front living room, Master bedroom and bath of first floor. Galley kitchen with dining room. Back door opens off of dining room to pergola-covered back deck wicker table and chairs and BBQ.

Second Floor Description

Three additional bedrooms. Queen bedrooms share a bathroom. Twin has its own bath. Both baths have showers and tubs.

Distance to Town: 1/2 mile

Distance to Beach: 1 mile

Small private, quiet, clerical basement office on side of the house that is not seen or used by renters (hours are from 10am - 3pm, when house renters are at the beach. In 7 years of rentals, it has never been a problem for tenant. Tenants are unaware of it's existence.
