In the basement there is a living area with game room and tv with a couch. There is also one twin bed in this living area. Around the corner there is a nook with two additional twin beds. The guest house has a conveniently located shed on the side of the house filled with beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, grills and lawn games - corn hole, bocce ball, etc. An outdoor shower is located behind the shed in the corner of the property.
