Dalton and his brother/business partner, Pepper II, took the company reigns in 2002 and have led this family business in tremendous growth. J Pepper Frazier Company has multiplied from four agents to 20+, moved to a larger downtown commercial space, and increased company revenues over 15x.

Dalton graduated from St. Mark's boarding school in Southborough, MA and College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies. Dalton is a past President of the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers as well as a Nantucket Conservation Foundation Associate and Committee Leader. He is currently the treasurer for Nantucket Little League, and a Cub Scout troop leader.

Dalton is the strong, analytical side of the Frazier Brothers partnership. His experience in finance, commercial real estate, and extensive investment insight have been instrumental in his fight for the success of his real estate clients. Dalton is consistently mastering his skills with continued education, including attending Inman Conferences in NYC. He is consistently a top agent on Nantucket Island and has closed over $2B in transactions.

Clients always come first for Dalton. He instills a sense of trust and understands his fiduciary obligation is paramount. He works tirelessly to get every detail exactly right. Dalton gives honest, well thought-out advice, and makes himself available day or night. When not on his phone, Dalton can be found with his family, on his boat, playing squash or socializing with the latest client-turned-friend.
