J Pepper Frazier Real Estate

Originally from Scituate, MA where her love of the ocean and great beaches developed. She grew up visiting the island for family vacations and decided to live out here for the summer after college. She worked at Nantucket Golf Club as well as Seaman Schepps before getting into Real Estate.

Gillian went to Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA. She was on the tennis team as well as the ski racing team. She graduated Cum Laude from Endicott College in Beverly, MA with a BS in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Spanish. Gillian was a member of the Hospitality Honors Society and spent all four years on the Endicott Tennis Team. She accomplished various internships while at Endicott, interning at The Langham Boston, Hilton Boston Back Bay, Waterville Valley Town Square Condominiums, and more.

Gillian has been traveling seasonally between Nantucket and Florida, but has settled on Nantucket year round. In Florida, she worked at The Everglades Club in Palm Beach. Gillian chose to study Hospitality in college because she loves helping people and creating an unforgettable experience. She plans to do the same in her real estate career through developing great relationships with clients and the JPFCO Team.
