Graeme Marshall

Graeme arrived on Nantucket island in the Summer of 1987 and ever since he has had a deep and abiding love for the island. From his first years renting in Quidnet with family, to working Summer months during college years and eventually moving to the island full time in 2014, he has felt an unwavering pull to "the rock". Each Summer on the island has a new song and memory for Graeme.

Born and raised in New York City, Graeme moved to Boston to pursue a career in Finance at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where he worked for 18 years. During his tenure, he served Institutional Clients and learned the value of exceptional client service and Relationship Management while working at the oldest private bank partnership in the United States. Graeme has always prided himself on having the virtues of integrity, honesty and good judgement when dealing with his clients.

Having grown up in a "Real Estate Household", Graeme has diverse experience in Real Estate Investment around the world, including a unique luxury investment Villa in Tuscany, Italy nestled in 7.5 Acres (3 Hectares) of Olive Groves. Graeme has owned and managed properties on Nantucket where he has gained first hand knowledge of client expectation and how to deliver a top rated guest experience.

Graeme lives on the Island with his wife Leyah, son Beau and dog Cheekie. Graeme attended the Lawrenceville School and received his BA in Economics from Rollins College.
