Pepper II and his brother/business partner, Dalton, took the company reigns in 2002 and have lead this family business in tremendous growth. J Pepper Frazier Company has multiplied from four agents to 20+, moved to a larger downtown commercial space, and increased company revenues over 15x.
Pepper graduated from Northfield Mt. Hermon boarding school and The University of Vermont. He moved back to Nantucket in 2002 after traveling through South America, and Australia. It was the perfect time to come home and take over the family business as a co-principal with his brother.
Pepper is a deal maker. He uses his natural sales skills and generous personality to his client's advantage. He has a magical touch with negotiation. Pepper has a very rare trifecta of vision, an amazing mind for stats/data/sales history, and dedication & creativity. Pepper has been known to hop an ATV, sail a boat, or drive through the moors with a client in order to provide them the real Nantucket experience. He loves getting to know his clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Of course anyone who know Pepper knows he loves to“Make it Happen" and have fun doing it. He enjoys using his knowledge of Nantucket to make sure his clients' real estate decisions match their personalities and needs. He is consistently a top agent on Nantucket Island and has closed over $1B in transactions.
