Jennifer M Frazier has been the driving force behind many initiatives and successes over the last 24 years at J Pepper Frazier Company, and enjoys her position in the firm. She began working at JPFCO in 2002 as the office manager, eventually transitioning to sales broker, along the way working as bookkeeper, rental manager, sales agent and training new agents. She is proficient in the entire process of each type of transaction, be it sales, rentals, financing, tax issues, bookkeeping, construction, and town permitting. She takes her responsibility as a listing broker very seriously and takes pride in the opportunity to sell her clients homes.

Jennifer was chairman of the NAREB Publications committee for several years, as well as a volunteer Meals on Wheels driver. Jennifer makes strong efforts to be informed of all new real estate legislation and takes the time to stay current on real estate trends and statistics.

Jennifer is a graduate of Mount Anthony and the UVM School of Business. Jennifer is married to Dalton Frazier, one of the principal brokers at J Pepper Frazier Company. Jennifer and Dalton have traveled to over 20 countries together and continue to enjoy exploring new parts of the world. Jennifer and Dalton have built, bought, moved and sold several houses on island. Jennifer spends her free time with their two sons; Dalton Tollenaar Frazier II and George James Frazier. In the summertime, Jennifer can be found on the family boat, biking around the Nantucket, or walking their dog, Maggie through conservation land throughout the island.
