Susan has been affiliated with J. Pepper Frazier since January of 2021. She has been vacationing on Nantucket since 2010 and purchased a home with her husband in 2019. Susan graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Educational Studies and a minor in Psychology. Throughout Susan’s successful real estate career in Delaware & Southeastern Pennsylvania, she has been a member of an amazing family team that has received local, regional, and national acclaim for top real estate sales production. Licensed since 1993, she has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business. Working with both buyers and sellers, assisting with marketing and advertising, and managing the closings department of a real estate team. Susan’s understanding of the nuances of a real estate transaction is second to none. Extremely detail-oriented, Susan’s organizational skills have enabled her to facilitate the most complex of transactions.
