First Floor Description

Entering from a covered porch, an open and inviting entry hall leads to a large, gracious staircase sweeping up to the second floor and the primary living space. On the first floor, there is a step-down family room/tv room with a fireplace and French doors leading to a covered porch and pool. Expansive blue stone terraces wrap the pool, along with a separate blue stone patio with fire pit, all surrounded by extensive lawns and grounds, and make this house perfect for family living and entertaining. Inside the first floor, on one side of the house there are two attractive guest rooms/children rooms, each with twin beds, one with an en suite bath with tub/shower combination, and the other bedroom is adjacent to a hall bath with large stall shower. Nearby is a single bedroom, which is perfect for a guest or nanny. On the other side of the house, there is a second Master Bedroom/large guest room with a King bed, ample closets, and an en-suite bath with over-sized stall shower. This guest room has French doors leading to its own small blue stone terrace. A large laundry room completes the first floor of the house.

Second Floor Description

An open concept light and airy second floor with a dramatic Cathedral ceiling features sun-flooded rooms and open views. Two large decks overlooking the estate-like property showcase the lovely vistas of the moors and Long Pond. The living room has a fireplace and French doors leading to decks on both sides of the house. The large dining area seats eight to ten people, and there is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four.
