Take particular note of the dining room table next to large all-glass bi-fold door accessing the upper level deck for spectacular views and exceptional indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.), marble kitchen island seating, and more. The living room boasts large flat screen TV, surround sound entertainment system, and wet bar.

3 bedrooms on the first floor: Large Master Suite with a king bed and private bath (soaking tub and shower) and French door access to outdoor shower. If you're adventurous, bring a 4x4 and purchase a beach pass so you can do off-roading , fishing, and sightseeing via Smith Point. Room for two in the queen bed in the loft and a family could have a child or two stay downstairs in the pullout couch. Flat screen TV, dining room table, fridge, etc. ensure creature comforts are well tended. The large barn doors open wide to welcome in views of the beach and coastal air. The outdoor half bath is cute, while rinsing in the bespoke outdoor shower under the stars or after a beach day is divine.
