This sunlit, five bedroom home with an unusually large private yard, sits just off of upper Main Street in a tree-lined community close to restaurants, shops, museums, beaches, and the Madaket bike path. In addition to the main house, a two bedroom cottage is included in this rental listing, as well as the use of The Nantucket Hotel's Nantucket Club membership. The membership includes access for six people to use The Nantucket Hotel's pools, hot tub, fitness center, spa, and children's program (see their website for further information).

First Floor Description

The foyer opens to a living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating arrangement, a formal dining room with a fireplace and a table that comfortably seats eight. Also on the first floor is an additional living space and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and a 6-burner Wolf gas stove. A kitchen island offers seating for three. Access to the Bluestone patio with gas grill, outdoor dining area and gas fire pit, is through a set of French doors in both the dining and family rooms. A laundry room with newer high-performance LG washer/dryer + sidekick washer rounds out the first level of this property.

Second Floor Description

The sun-filled upper foyer has been arranged as a comfortable sitting area, making it the perfect place to curl up and read. Next on this floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, an abundance of windows, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and dual sinks. A second bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed and also has a fireplace. The last bedroom on this floor also has a fireplace and is outfitted with a full size bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with walk-in shower. Additionally, a fully stocked linen closet is also located on the second floor.

Third Floor Description

Located on the third floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and large walk-in closet, as well as another guest bedroom that has been furnished with a twin trundle bed and desk. Both bedrooms share a full bath with shower.

Cottage

On the lower level of the cottage is one bedroom with a double bed and closet. Upstairs you'll find an open concept great room, featuring a loveseat and chairs, television, and kitchenette that includes a dining table with four chairs. This room also offers a twin trundle as an additional sleeping space. A full bath with shower rounds out this floor.

Outdoor Space

The Bluestone patio includes a Weber Genesis gas grill and seating for four around a gas fire pit. A teak dining table with seating for eight, as well as two sun loungers, are located on the lower brick patio in front of the garage.
