The house has a private garden accessible only to Skyemoor. Skyemoor has an attached cottage that shares a wall with the main house, and runs down the side street of Gardner Avenue. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and depending on the time of year, it can be rented along with the main house to provide a total of 9 bedrooms for large groups or families. Most of the time the back cottage is leased to respectful island professionals who have limited contact with anyone from the main house, as their entrance is separate.
First Floor Description
Step into the main entry. To the left is an en suite bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. To the right of the entry is an open living, dining and kitchen area. The dining table has seating for 8 people (there is additional seating to acomodate a larger group). The kitchen is brand new with high end appliances and a kitchen island with counter seating. Off the dining area are two armchairs next to the fireplace and French doors that lead to the outdoor space. There is access to a second bedroom here with a full-size bed and a hall bathroom with tiled shower.
Second Floor Description
Stairs lead to the second-floor landing. To the left is a guest room with a queen size bed. Toward the front of the house is guest room with two twin beds and a crib. These bedrooms share a hall bath with tiled shower, double vanity, and a washer/dryer unit. The primary suite has a king size bed and a bathroom with a double vanity, a large glass enclosed shower and soaking tub.
Third Floor Description
The third floor has two twin beds, each with trundles. There is a full bath on this level with a tiled shower.
