The living room opens into the family room with sectional and wall mounted TV. A full guest bathroom is also on the first floor. Fully-stocked kitchen with retro appliances adjacent to dining room that seats 8-10, with bar area equipped with glassware. Towards the back of the house is the screened-in-porch with ceiling fan and comfortable, cushioned teak furniture and round teak table that seats 8. From here you can watch the kids play on the large trampoline in the fenced-in back yard. The landscaped yard has a hammock and adirondak chairs, herb garden and outdoor shower.
Second Floor Description
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with twin pull out trundle bed underneath. It is comfortably furnished with desk and chair. A bright and cheerful ensuite bathroom is attached. Two kids rooms have a sliding door that adjoins both rooms, each with 2 twin beds. A hall bathroom accompanies these two rooms.

Basement has a new washer and dryer, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, all sizes.
