View of the ocean can be enjoyed from all of these rooms. Through sliding glass doors, there is access to a large patio with a gracious amount of patio furniture, perfect for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower.

Second Floor Description

Four bedrooms on this level all include ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms, a queen, king and twins grant access to private decks and with sweeping views. The master suite with a king bed also includes a private office with printer and walk-in closets. LOWER LEVEL: Large living area with a large flat screen TV and surround sound. There is also a pool table and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom which includes a queen bed and bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower.

Note that the working AC in the 2nd floor bedrooms are now window units. There is working central AC on the 1st floor and in the lower basement level.
