The right side of the first floor has 3 bedrooms, a reading room and shared bathroom for the first floor. The left side of the first floor is equipped with the kitchen sitting area and living room, each area has access to the porch.

Second Floor Description

Upstairs there is a sitting area with a bed if needed, a bathroom off of the sitting room and the Primary bedroom. The Primary bedroom has access to a private balcony that gives you glorious sunsets all year long over the Madaket area.
