The Havery house is located on Smith Point, the western-most point on the island, known for its pristine, uncrowded beaches and beautiful sunsets. It is an upside-down house, with the common rooms on the second floor for the ocean views, and bedrooms on the first floor. Smith Point is quiet even in the most busy weeks of the summer. There is a public shuttle that runs into town every 30 minutes in the summer months, and a popular island restaurant within walking distance of our house.
