6 Maine Avenue Nantucket, MA Rental House

Located on desirable Smith Point, this is a comfortable house on a quiet street with great views of the ocean and Madaket Harbor. Approximately 200 feet away is a pristine, uncrowded Atlantic Ocean beach, and just a short distance to an idyllic family beach on Madaket Harbor. You won’t have to fight the crowds to see a Madaket sunset, which will be right at your doorstep. A wraparound deck provides the perfect spot for a quiet meal, or just relaxing with the only sound being the sound of the surf and the chirping of birds. The primary bedroom has a window air conditioner, but ocean breezes usually suffice to keep the room cool. There is a public shuttle that runs into town every 30 minutes in the summer months, and a popular island restaurant within walking distance of the house.
