Walk up the stairs to the front porch and enter into the newly renovated kitchen/dining area with granite countertops, a cathedral ceiling and stainless steel appliances by General Electric. The dining area has built in seating for eight and a powder room. A door from the dining area leads to a deck with stairs down to the yard.

A/C in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2nd bedroom can be converted to king bed upon request.

A few steps up from the dining area is a living room with comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and French doors that lead out to the ocean facing deck with outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining. Additionally, a separate above garage studio cottage is included with king bed (or 2 twin beds upon request), full bathroom, and kitchenette.
