First Floor Description

This charming studio is done up in blue and white, with painted blue floors and beadboard walls that give it a classic Nantucket feel. The sitting and dining area overlooks the boat basin, and a queen bed sits beneath the vaulted, beamed ceiling. The kitchen is a compact, well appointed space tucked just off the main room, well suited for simple meals, and the full bathroom features a glassed tile shower with a river stone floor. French doors open from the sitting area onto a private deck positioned right on the water.

Outdoor Space

A well kept lawn, shared with Mary Slade, offers a spot to sit by the harbor and comes equipped with a grill and outdoor seating, along with a picnic table looking out toward the boats. A private boat slip, suitable for motor boats up to 32 feet and no more than 3 feet of draft, is included, along with a private parking space on Old North Wharf. The laundry area is shared.

Weekly rentals include mid-stay maid service and a weekly turnover. Nightly stays include daily turndown service.
